Shooting Binge Leaves 4 Dead in Memphis and Deadens City police captured a 19-year-old who they said had completed a series of shootings

A series of shootings in Memphis that left four individuals dead and three others harmed drove the experts on a hot police manhunt

At a news gathering early Thursday morning, City chairman Jim Strickland denounced what he called a "silly homicide frenzy."
